Tactical Elicitation
Background
Elicitation is an advanced skill-set used to elicit information without asking questions. It is used to obtain important or sensitive information that you want without asking any questions. It is an indirect interrogation technique that relies solely on statements that elicit a response.

In this course we will give you the basic tools of tactical elicitation and teach you where, why and how you can use elicitation effectively. This courses includes training in:
- 4 elicitation techniques
- How to craft the techniques for effective statements that will elicit narrative responses from your counterpart, helping you keep the conversation flowing effortlessly
- How you can manage a conversation so that you get the information you need

Deception Detection
Background
The trainers on this course focus on the "full package", on how to analyse your counterpart verbal and non-verbal behaviour, and how you, as the receiver, can react pro-actively to detect deception.
Contents
In this course on deception detection, you will learn how to use advanced methods to spot indications of lies and deception. The day will focus primarily on four topics:
- Body language
- Word and statement analysis
- Facial- and micro-expressions
- Psychophysiology
