About the course:
Get information you need without asking questions. Elicitation is an advanced Human Intelligence (HUMINT) technique that have been developed by- and used by numerous intelligence services, but these techniques are particularly effective in corporate settings. If you have not been in the military or worked for an intelligence service, the probability that you know about elicitation is extremely small or equal to zero.
Elicitation helps you get the information you need while controlling the conversation. Whether it's a customers painpoint, sensitive, or critical information.

About the course:
Being able to analyse others' nonverbal behaviour and spot changes in others' emotional and physiological state is a necessity for effective communication. No matter what job or sector you're in, a deeper understanding of people's emotional states and their changes will undoubtedly give you a massive advantage.

About the course:
People will always base their statements on all their knowledge. When people have knowledge or information that they do not want to share, they will often use "deceptive" language. Therefore, their explanations and statements will most often contain more information than they themselves are aware of or intended to share with you.

About the course:
Opposite body language which is NOT universal there are seven emotions with universal facial expressions.
