Why use voice analysis?
Our voice is the most used means of communication and thus the easiest to pick up. Speaking is a very complex mechanism where all components are controlled by the cerebral cortex. Many physiological processes must work together in perfect synchronisation to produce an appropriate flow of speech, and therefore any reaction or discrepancy that occurs in the brain (increased activity, delayed activity, internal conflict) will be reflected in the sound waveform produced.

Voice analysis is not a lie detector or a polygraph
The polygraph has a long history and is known to be highly effective when used by professionals and in an appropriate manner. The LVA is NOT a polygraph and does not compete with it.
LVA helps identify new topics of interest or inconsistencies that may be valuable for possible further investigation. The polygraph, if needed, can be used for the final verification of the results that the LVA may have highlighted.
The LVA system is not a lie detector! The system analyses 152 parameters of a person's voice, pitch, tempo, pitch, strength, etc. Therefore, the voice analysis only relates to the emotional content and/or the deviations that occur in what a person says.

Layered voice analysis for recruitment, LVA-i, is a system that analyses a candidate's emotional state of mind based on a series of questions that are read out to which the candidate must answer. The system analyses 152 parameters of the candidate's including voice, pitch, tempo, strength, etc. on the answers given by the candidate. Therefore, the voice analysis relates only to the emotional content of the answer given by the candidate.
The system can identify emotional inconsistencies associated with the topic that the person is being asked about. Emotional dissonance may arise as a result of the candidate's secondary experience, e.g. that the candidate has not been honest about his previous experiences, cannot keep sensitive secrets/information or perhaps has a family member who has been convicted of stealing from his employer, etc.
Each of these emotional discrepancies is evaluated and calculated in the final risk analysis and credibility analysis based on each question in the test.
All test results are carefully analyzed. A report is then drawn up based on the test results, which can then be used as a possible starting point for an interview in the subsequent job interview.
Important note: Based on the above, a medium-risk subject, and sometimes a high-risk subject, does not necessarily indicate that the candidate has committed a crime or is involved in wrongdoing. Instead, it may indicate that there is an extreme emotional involvement of the candidate in the specific subject.
